About Arrow Truckers

Built by people who got tired of watching drivers get burned.

Arrow Truckers exists because the lease-on model is a good deal — when the carrier writes it honestly. For ten-plus years, that's been the whole business plan.

The story

One authority, shared honestly.

An owner-operator with a good truck faces a bad menu: spend five figures chasing your own authority and wait out the months brokers ignore new MC numbers — or lease on with a carrier and hope the deductions on your settlement match the ones in your lease.

We built Arrow Truckers to fix the second option. One interstate authority, an experienced back office, broker relationships that took a decade to earn — shared with drivers under lease terms written to federal Truth-in-Leasing rules and, more importantly, written to be read.

Today Arrow Truckers is the motor carrier behind two equipment divisions — flatbed hotshot and CDL-A — dispatched around the clock from an operational network spanning four locations — Arizona to Ohio. The model hasn’t changed: your truck earns, we earn. In that order.

What we run on

Three rules the whole company answers to.

Straight answers

Recruiting scripts burn drivers, and burned drivers leave. Every question gets the real answer — including 'this program isn't right for you' when it's true. We'd rather lose an application than a year of trust.

Driver-first economics

A carrier makes its money when freight moves. Our interests sit on the same side of the table as yours: better rates, fuller weeks, fewer empty miles. A program built to profit from fees while your truck sits still has the wrong incentives — read any lease with that test in mind, including ours.

Paperwork discipline

Settlements that reconcile. Leases that cite the federal rules they follow. Files the DOT can open without us sweating. Boring? Absolutely. It's also the entire reason drivers trust a carrier for a decade.

The best way to know us is a week of settlements.
