The rules for using this website. Short version: the website informs; only a signed lease agreement commits.

1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.arrow-truckers.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. They cover the website only — the lease-on relationship between Arrow Truckers and an owner-operator is governed exclusively by the written lease agreement signed by both parties, not by anything on this Site.
2. Informational content, not an offer
Content on the Site — including example settlement figures, industry cost ranges, and program descriptions — is provided for general information. Examples are illustrative and marked as such. Program terms, fees, percentages, and services are established only in an individual written lease agreement, consistent with federal Truth-in-Leasing regulations (49 CFR Part 376).
3. Applications
Submitting an application through the Site authorizes us to contact you about the lease-on program. It does not create an employment relationship, an independent-contractor relationship, or any obligation on either side. Motor vehicle record checks are performed only with your separate written authorization.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logo, and branding belong to Arrow Truckers or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach security, no submitting false applications or content that is unlawful or infringing.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that it is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrow Truckers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
