An owner-operator’s truck that Arrow qualifies and onboards, in one of four classes: 53 ft dry van, 48/53 ft flatbed, 48/53 ft step-deck, or 48/53 ft reefer. Arrow makes the final qualification decision on every truck.

No. This is a referral role: you introduce owner-operators, and Arrow handles qualifying, onboarding and operations. People with dispatch, brokerage, recruiting or trucking-community experience tend to know where owner-operators are, but no specific background is listed as a requirement.
