Interstate motor carrier

Arrow Truckers

For freight shippers

Capacity you can count on — from a carrier you can verify.

Arrow Truckers is an interstate motor carrier, not a load board. Tender us a lane and you get real equipment, a compliant safety file, 24/7 dispatch, and a person who answers — across dry van, flatbed, step-deck, hotshot, power-only, and dedicated freight.

Have a load or a lane to cover? Get capacity and pricing from a person — by phone or email, and fast.

What we haul

One carrier, the equipment your freight actually needs.

Dry van

53′ enclosed capacity for palletized and general freight — the backbone lane for most shippers.

Flatbed

Open-deck for building materials, machinery, and anything that loads from the side or top. Tarps and securement handled to spec.

Step-deck

Taller loads that won't clear on a flatbed — equipment, coils, and oversize within legal limits.

Hotshot

30–40 ft gooseneck flatbeds for expedited, partial, and time-critical freight that doesn't need a full 53′ trailer.

Power only

Have your own trailers? We bring the tractor and the driver, you keep the equipment moving.

Dedicated

Consistent lanes, committed capacity, and a plan built around your volume — see dedicated freight below.

Industries we serve

Freight we move every week.

  • Building materials & construction
  • Manufacturing & machinery
  • Metals, steel & coils
  • Agriculture & produce
  • Oil, gas & energy equipment
  • Retail & consumer goods
  • Wholesale & distribution
  • Project & oversize freight

Not on the list? If it’s legal and it fits on a deck or in a van, ask the desk — most of what we move started as a phone call about “can you handle this?”

Where we run

Coast to coast, with real strength in the middle.

We move freight nationwide, with operational hubs anchoring the lanes we run most. Our MC headquarters is in Safford, Arizona, with operational locations in Sedalia, Missouri; Bolingbrook, Illinois; and Fredericktown, Ohio — putting us on the I-10, I-55, I-70, and Midwest–East Coast corridors day in and day out.

Regional runs, long-haul, and dedicated lanes all get the same treatment: a dispatcher plans the freight around your pickup and delivery windows.

Operational network

  • Safford, AZMC headquarters
  • Sedalia, MOUS-50 / I-70 corridor
  • Bolingbrook, ILChicago metro / I-55
  • Fredericktown, OHColumbus market / East Coast lanes

Why shippers pick us

Safety, insurance, and tracking — verifiable before you tender.

Real compliance, not a logo

We run under our own MC authority with an active safety file. Ask for our Company Snapshot and Certificate of Insurance before you tender a load — being asked is a good sign, not a nuisance.

A dispatch desk that answers

24/7, a person picks up — not a portal ticket. You get a name, a phone number, and a status you can actually reach for on a covered load.

Tracking you can see

Every truck runs an ELD. You get pickup, transit, and delivery updates on the loads we move for you — check calls without the phone tag.

Vetted contractor capacity

Our owner-operators lease onto our authority under federal Truth-in-Leasing rules — vetted, insured, and running our compliance program. You get flexible capacity with a carrier standing behind it.

Dedicated freight

Committed capacity for the lanes you can't afford to miss.

When a lane runs consistently, spot capacity stops making sense. A dedicated plan puts committed trucks and drivers on your freight, with pricing built for volume and a single point of contact who knows your business — not whoever picks up the board.

  • Committed equipment on recurring lanes
  • Volume-based pricing, agreed up front
  • A named contact and a service standard in writing
  • Scales with your season — flex up without losing the base

Start a dedicated conversation

Tell us the lane, the volume, and the equipment. We’ll come back with a capacity plan and a number — no obligation.

Brokers & partners

Set up to be an easy carrier to onboard.

Clean authority, an active safety file, and a Certificate of Insurance on request — the paperwork a broker or 3PL needs to add a carrier without a fight. Whether you’re a broker sourcing capacity or a shipper who’d rather work a carrier directly, the desk is the same phone call.

Shipper FAQ

Shipper questions, answered.

Are you a carrier or a broker?

A carrier. Arrow Truckers holds its own interstate operating authority (MC #1800150) and moves freight with our own drivers and vetted owner-operators leased onto that authority. Cover a load with us and a licensed carrier is on the hook for it, start to finish.

Can I see your insurance and safety record before I tender a load?

Yes — ask the desk for a current Certificate of Insurance and look us up on the FMCSA SAFER system by MC #1800150 or USDOT 4382159. Our Company Snapshot, authority status, and inspection history are public. We'd rather you check.

How fast can you cover a load?

Depends on the lane and equipment, but the honest answer comes fast: send the details or call the 24/7 desk and you'll get real availability and a rate, not a runaround.

Do you handle dedicated or recurring lanes?

Yes. If a lane runs consistently, ask about dedicated capacity — committed trucks, volume pricing, and a named contact. Tell us the lane and the volume and we'll come back with a plan.

How do I track a shipment?

Every truck runs an ELD, so we can share pickup, transit, and delivery status on the loads we move for you — and you get a named contact to call for updates.
