Driver voices
No anonymous five-star reviews. On purpose.
Trucking recruiting runs on invented praise from drivers who may not exist. We'd rather publish nothing than publish that — here's how driver voices work on this site.
The standard
Three rules for every quote on this page.
01
Verified
Every quote we publish comes from a driver whose lease and settlements we can put a name to. If we can't verify it, it doesn't go up.
02
Attributed
Full name, equipment, and how long they've run with us. Anonymous praise is worthless to you and too easy for us.
03
Unedited
Cleaned up for spelling, never for meaning. If a driver says the first month's paperwork annoyed them, that ships too.
Being collected now
We’re gathering verified, attributed quotes from drivers currently in the fleet, on the rules above. They’ll be published here as they clear verification — not before. Until then, this page stays honest by staying quiet.
No quote yet? That’s the standard working.
Better than a testimonial
Talk to a driver who’s actually leased on.
If you’re seriously considering the program, ask the desk to connect you with a current fleet driver — someone pulling the same equipment you’d pull. Ask them about settlement day, about dispatch at 2 a.m., about the week something went wrong.
A ten-minute phone call with a real driver beats a page of quotes we chose ourselves. That’s not humility; it’s just true.
